1. Dynamic - It's changes, moving
2. Can't be repeated - We cannot recreate communication situation.
3. Two way
• Complex - we cannot simply determined what the next thing to happen.
• Non Sequential - we just simply performed the method in non sequential.
4. Systematic - We follow process
5. Irreversible - It cannot be reverse
6. It Continous - It doesn't end
